What separates me from other event planners is my dedication to make each event personalized and my passion for cultivating relationships. Communication is very important and my goal is to make each client feel at ease in the planning process. I know that the process of each event (although similar) is different (no one size fits all) and I will provide my expertise in budget management, planning and coordination to successfully execute. Additionally, I will provide a preferred vendor list of some of the most reliable vendors in Omaha that you will be able to book with at a discounted rate if you choose.

Aside from weddings, I can provide planning and coordination for the following events:

  • Birthday’s (kids or adults)
  • Anniversary’s
  • Celebration of Life
  • Graduation
  • Bridal Shower
  • Baby Shower
  • Retirement
  • Dinner Party
  • Rehearsal Dinner

Full Event and Wedding Planning – Rates vary between 10-15% of your total event budget. Event/Wedding planning can take anywhere from 12-18 months. Full event planning will include the following:

  • Detailed Timeline
  • Budget Management
  • Monthly Check-ins (more frequent in the last 6 weeks)
  • List of Preferred Vendors
  • Vendor Contract Negotiation
  • Vendor Coordination and Management
  • Venue Research, Tours & Selection
  • DIY Décor – Website Assistance and Overall Theme/Color Selection
  • Rehearsal Coordination
  • Detailed Day-of Timeline for Vendors & Bridal Party
  • Day-Of Wedding Coordination
  • Up to 12 Hours of Day-of Management

Day-of Event Coordination – Rate depends on the overall budget, event size, and location. If you are a bride and your current venue does not offer a day-of coordinator I truly believe this is one of the most important aspects of your day. My advice is to have a professional (someone outside of the wedding party OR your mom/future mother-in-law) managing your day. Making sure everyone is where they need to be, starting on time, running the “show” and being able to problem-solve in case of a problem. Additionally, I will make sure all the groomsmen have the same color tie/bow-tie (talking from experience). Packages for day-of wedding coordination will range between $750 – $1500. Day-of Coordination will include the following:

  • Two Check-ins (preferably within 4-6 weeks of the event)
  • Vendor Coordination and Management
  • Rehearsal Coordination
  • Detailed Day-of Timeline for Vendors & Bridal Party
  • Day-of Wedding Coordination/Management
  • Up to 12 Hours of Day-of Management

Day-of Party Coordination (other than wedding) – Rate will also depend on overall budget, event size, hours and location. Packages for party coordination will be range between $350-$1,000. Day-of Party Coordination will include:

  • Event Setup and Cleanup
  • Communication with Vendors
  • Hosting/Greeting Guests
  • Bartending/Serving
  • Up to 8 Hours of on-site coordination
